Little Pudding Cottage is, as much as possible, an eco-cottage, and is not reliant on mains services. The cottage has solar power and a generator/batteries for electric, the water supply is from our own borehole, while solar panels/wood burner heat the water. However this does not affect our guests comfort in any way. There is also (less green!) oil-fired central heating to supplement the wood burner, for colder winter nights.
